At Dawn

Man~~~ it has been awhile..was kinda low on motivation to paint. I guess I had my focus on elsewhere all this while. So here's a piece I've started as a scribble with a mouse (I didn't think I was gonna paint it as a whole piece & lazy to plug in tablet :X) ....But pretty much had it all down entirely with the tablet when I actually know what to come out with this painting. XD

Had fun with mouse, but had to do the fur and word bubble using the tablet. XD

Need a lift, little one?

First painting of the year~! Almost the end of my Final year project, well...for my part of the job at least, and I'll have time to resume my painting routines once again. Although I was surprised that I was still able to pull this off, I thought I've lost it all from ages of not painting anything~! I'm relieved.. 8D

War & Compassion

            At first, I thought was gonna paint something about myself, but ended up doing this. Oh well, at least its still a meaningful painting. So, this piece depicts that it's vital to have darkness and hatred in our souls to battle against any possible threats, but even without a drop of compassion in it , we'll be easily consumed by the darkness itself, that may cause a life time regret. Be compassionate. Umm...the progress of this painting would be starting off with a rough sketch, followed up by the shape mixed in along with color blocking and working up to the lights, shadow and details without the sketch lines.

Canyon Showdown

        A painting I did that stories a canyon raider who encounters giant creatures from deep inside the canyon and gonna hve a helluva time cleaning em up. =x  Anyways,  I had a few feed backs from knowledgeable friends about this painting and made a few improvements from it before posting this up. Feel free to leave a comment, suggestions or critics for further improvements, thx :)
